FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How many restrooms do I need for my job site?

A: According to the American National Standards Institute you will need one restroom for every 8-10 workers based on a 40-hour workweek. We can service your unit more often if needed. Give us a call and we will help you figure it all out.

Q: Can I rent a restroom without getting it serviced?

A: Restrooms and sinks can all be rented without scheduled services. If customer orders a unit this way, their invoice would reflect a base price, taxes and delivery fee. Additional services would be charged on an as-needed basis.

Q: What is included in a weekly servicing?

A: Weekly service includes removing all waste from the tank, refill of sanitizing chemicals, interior sanitation of the walls/urinal and restocking of supplies including two toilet paper rolls and hand sanitizer in standard units, water/soap/paper towels for deluxe units.

Q: Can you provide W9, licensing, and proof of insurance for commercial businesses?

A: Absolutely! Call our office.

Q: Who is responsible for damages/vandalism/theft to the unit(s)?

A: All clients. A damage waiver is available to offset the cost of small damages. More information is available in the rental/service agreement. The damage waiver program is NOT an insurance policy. You, as the renter, are still responsible for all personal injuries or property damage as set forth in the rental agreement. While insurance may cover rental equipment, the deductible may still exceed the cost of the unit.  If you should choose to decline the damage waiver please be aware that you WILL be responsible for all damage and destruction of equipment, accidental or otherwise. Customer agrees that they have read and understands our rental/service agreement terms upon payment of the invoice(s).
